Saving is your choice

Reports enter your file only when you choose to keep them. The session file is unencrypted in this browser tab and may survive browser session restoration. Lock or clear it on shared devices.

Device, exported and cloud backups are encrypted using your recovery code. Keep that code separately: losing it prevents recovery. Anyone with both code and backup can read the file.

When you request AI analysis, selected or confirmed information is sent to Cloudflare for processing. Backup encryption does not cover text during AI inference. Upload radiology reports, not original scans for diagnosis.

Cloud backup is optional and appears only when configured. Clearing device data does not delete the cloud copy; use its separate delete action. No clinical team monitors this file, its tasks or its symptoms.

Voice dictation is optional and your browser speech provider may process audio. Review the transcript. Sharing and exporting are your choice: check identifying and sensitive information first.
