CLINICAL DECISION PATHWAYS

Smart clinical tools

Focused pathways; each asks questions that actually change clinical decisions.

01 · AI ASSISTANTAsk the medical assistant

Free-text guidance with urgency screening and routing to the most relevant pathway.

02 · CLINICAL PATHWAYStart from symptom

Routes you to the appropriate focused pathway rather than a generic result.

03 · CLINICAL PATHWAYRectal bleeding analysis

Blood color/location, pain, prolapse, alarm features, age and prior colonoscopy.

04 · CLINICAL PATHWAYAnal pain analysis

Separates fissure-like, abscess-like, painful lump, fistula-related and postoperative pain patterns.

05 · CLINICAL PATHWAYComplex & recurrent fistula analysis

Prior operations, MRI, seton, Crohn’s, continence, stenosis and complexity signals.

06A · CLINICAL PATHWAYHemorrhoid symptom assessment

Bleeding, prolapse, pain, bowel habit and prior treatment with fixed clinical branching.

06B · CLINICAL PATHWAYPilonidal disease assessment

Location, recurrence, prior surgery and healing, with anal fistula exclusion when close to the anus.

06 · CLINICAL PATHWAYProlapse & hemorrhoid analysis

Shape, reduction, bleeding, mucus, continence and constipation.

07 · CLINICAL PATHWAYEvacuation & pelvic floor analysis

Stool form, straining, outlet blockage, manual assistance and laxative response.

08 · CLINICAL PATHWAYFecal incontinence analysis

Leakage type, awareness, stool consistency, prior surgery and prolapse.

09 · CLINICAL PATHWAYCancer-concern symptom analysis

Alarm features, age, family history, IBD and prior colonoscopy.

10 · CLINICAL PATHWAYPostoperative symptom analysis

Pain, bleeding, fever, urination, vomiting and wound findings by postoperative timing.

11 · REPORT REVIEWUpload your report

Extract text, review it, then get a structured explanation grounded in report quotes.

12 · MY SURGERYSurgery journey

General preparation before surgery and structured guidance for symptoms afterwards.

Principle: Red flags first, then symptom pattern, then decision-changing factors. No tool chooses an operation or gives a definitive diagnosis without examination.

Privacy and assessment scope

Questions run on this page without requiring your name, phone number or intimate images. You may add a first name for the displayed report; it stays on your device and is not sent to AI. Optional AI assessment sends your answers and text to Cloudflare only with your consent; files are sent when you request extraction. Remove identifiers before upload. The app creates no permanent medical record and no clinician reviews the output. Answers do not persist after reload and are not sent automatically to the clinician. WhatsApp is an external service; the booking button does not attach medical answers. Saved or copied reports contain health information: review them and choose who to share them with.

App files may be cached locally for offline use; this does not include assessment answers. Hosting services process ordinary web requests under their policies. Guidance is automated education, not a diagnosis, prescription or clinician-issued report.
