Status of these additions

The 12 October 2026 editorial update revises medical articles, definitions and comparisons in Arabic and English with AI assistance. Independent physician review of this wording has not been recorded. Editorial dates are not clinical approval dates; sources and limitations are stated without inventing reviewers or patient outcomes.

What do the tools do?

The discussion worksheet and second-opinion dossier organise your entries; they do not select treatment. Automated report explanations may be wrong and should be checked against the original. Medical decisions require an appropriate assessment by your clinician.

Guide-sharing buttons share only the public page link. Keeping a worksheet in your session file is optional. Downloading or printing creates a copy on your device that may contain health information. Do not send personal details when reporting a content error.
